Shipping Policy
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, our products are delivered to hundreds of customers across the world.
Luxxo partners with major international shipping companies — FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, and EMS — who work with local couriers, allowing us to ship direct to your door and proudly offer flat-rate worldwide shipping.
All payments are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take several days to process.
Important: To help fight credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification may be delayed or cancelled.
Shipping & Processing
Our products are shipped directly from manufacturers and artisans around the world and are often made on demand. As a result, processing times may be slightly longer than you are accustomed to.
Estimated Timeframes
Circumstances beyond our control — natural disasters, holidays, weather — may occasionally cause shipping delays. While most packages arrive on time, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates as this is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
U.S. orders are shipped via USPS and FedEx. International orders are shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is dispatched from.
Duty & Import Fees
All orders are sent on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means you may be liable to pay local sales taxes and customs duties upon arrival. Where applicable, these costs must be paid to release your order from customs before delivery.
Luxxo is unable to advise on the amount of any duties or taxes and cannot accept responsibility for these costs.
After You Order
When will my order ship?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email. We ship during business days only — not on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
We require 1–5 working days on average to fulfil your order. Some items may take longer, especially around major holidays (up to 7 days), or if your order includes popular items experiencing stock availability issues.
For orders with multiple items, products may be shipped separately and received on different dates due to differing manufacturing partner locations.
Will I receive a tracking number?
We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfilment centres across the globe.
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order with no penalty within 12 hours of placing it. Simply email us at info@luxxo.co with the subject line "CANCEL". Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
I entered an incorrect address
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, reply to your order confirmation email with the correct information immediately. Notify us via info@luxxo.co — we can correct this within 24 hours.
My item arrived damaged
We ship every item with extra padding. However, if a product arrives damaged due to carrier mistreatment, please contact us with:
- Your order number
- A photograph of the damaged product
Once received, we will be happy to send a replacement free of charge or issue a refund.
