Thank you for your purchase at Luxxo. By placing an order, you accept this Return Policy in full.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund, store credit, or an exchange, subject to the terms below.

Bespoke and made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged. This policy is offered in addition to your statutory rights.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

Products must be returned within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date.

Returns must always be sent back to the warehouse of origin, even if located overseas. We ship from multiple warehouses worldwide, including Asia, Europe, and the USA.

Returned items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags, labels, and packaging.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for bedding items that:

  • have been washed
  • have been used
  • carry strong odours (perfume, detergent, smoke, etc.)
  • are bespoke or made to order

RETURN PROCESS

To arrange a return, email Customer Care at info@luxxo.co to obtain your RMA number.

Your RMA will usually match your order number. Please place a printed or handwritten copy inside the parcel.

Important: The RMA number identifies your parcel. It is not a prepaid label.

Pack the item securely, preferably in its original packaging, and ship it to the address we provide.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot process the refund if the parcel does not arrive at the warehouse.

We do not charge restocking fees. If customs charge us to release the returning parcel, the exact documented cost will be deducted from your refund.

REFUNDS

Once your return arrives and is inspected, we will process your refund, store credit, or exchange.

Please allow at least seven (7) days from receipt for processing.

Refunds may take a further 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your card or bank statement, depending on your payment provider.

You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been completed.

Please note

  • Import duties and taxes are not refundable.
  • All returns must be sent to the original warehouse of dispatch.
