Your right to return — You may cancel your order and return your items within 14 days of delivery, no reason required, in line with UK and EU consumer law. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. Outside Return Window

We're sorry — your order was delivered ago, which falls outside the 14-day return window. We're unable to process a standard return at this stage.

If your item has a quality issue or fault, your statutory rights still apply — contact us at info@luxxo.co and we'll do our best to help.

How exchanges work — Once we receive your request, our team will confirm stock availability and be in touch within 1–2 business days. The original item must be returned to our warehouse of origin before the replacement is dispatched.  Return Policy  ·  FAQ

Step 3 — Your Return

Before you proceed — approved returns must be shipped back to our warehouse of origin. Our team will send the return address by email once your request is submitted. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and adequately protected for transit.
