Orders are shipped using our international tracked delivery network, which may include UPS, DHL, FedEx, Aramex or other equivalent carriers depending on destination, parcel size, customs requirements and current network availability.

Handling time is typically 1–3 business days prior to dispatch. Mulberry Silk sets and Emperor-size sets require an additional 2–5 business days for production as they are made to order.

Transit times are estimates and do not include handling or production times. Customs inspections and carrier delays may occasionally extend delivery times. Duties and taxes are prepaid on most shipments where available. Most carriers are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

• Wash items separately to avoid zips and buttons snagging
• Air-dry where possible
• Iron on low heat while slightly damp
